| The Spriter's Resource has dumped the stock icons for the Wii U version. While incredibly similar to the ones in the 3DS version, the Wii U ones have a slightly higher resolution. I uploaded one for comparison:

Besides that, I would say it's good to have both and to use the Wii U ones for SSB4 generally unless the 3DS version is specifically being referenced, which [[Umebura 8|there are instances of]].
