==Trivia==
*Despite using their mouth in their moveset, {{SSBU|Bowser Jr.}} (via the [[Junior Clown Car]]), {{SSBU|Squirtle}} (via [[Water Gun]]), and {{SSBU|Charizard}} (via [[Flamethrower]]) did not appear in this event. The exclusion of the former may be due to the Clown Car using its mouth rather than Bowser Jr. himself, while the exclusion of the latter two is due to them sharing a character slot with {{SSBU|Ivysaur}}, who does not use its mouth in any of its moves.
*The Smash Ball is the only item that is not a type of food that appears in the tourney.
