  26. Sonic's cool...but Pikachu demonstrates Shock And Awe rather nicely, with a great/fun-to-play moveset to boot. Super speed is nice, but heightened speed plus literally-stunning electrical attacks are even better (and Volt Tackle, whether in Pulseman, the Pokémon games, the Super Smash Bros. series, or the Pokémon anime, is just freaking awesome).
