| I've played all the Super Smash Bros. series games - my favourite is Brawl.<br>

| I don't mind admitting that I've been a [[Sonic]] fan for longer than I can remember, but I hate to say that I don't choose him on Brawl anywhere near as much as I'd like to. Probably because even though he's really fast, and if there's a race for an item he wins every time, he has no really strong finishing moves. Given that in the comics and in his own games he spends most of his time obliterating each and every one of Dr. Robotnik's robots in one hit, I'd have thought he would be pretty strong in Brawl, but no... Then he would be really cool '''and''' really good, and apparently that's not allowed in Smash. Except Marth. And King Dedede. And Meta Knight. And Donkey Kong. And Sheik (Melee only). But that's it. Seriously. None of the other characters are both really cool and really good. Observe:<br>

| *[[Wolf (SSBB)|Wolf]] - I've never got the hang of him. I find him slow, clunky and ludicrously heavy, but without the extremely powerful finishing moves that you would expect from character of his size.<br>

| *Neither of the above come close to my all-time least favourite character: [[Kirby]]. He was overpowered in [[Kirby (SSB)|the original]], weakened in [[Kirby (SSBM)|the sequel]], then powered up again for [[Kirby (SSBB)|the most recent game]]. The things that annoy me the most about him have been in every game - his enormous recovery, both horizontally and vertically, his [[Stone]] move, which is difficult to avoid yet does a lot of damage and knockback and makes him practically invincible, and his ability to Kirbycide, which really got on my nerves.

| *[[Fighting Alloy Team|Green Alloy]], mainly because all of the other Alloys have only two jumps, like normal characters, but it has lots of jumps because it's based on Kirby, which is the other reason I don't like it.

| *[[Duon]], ridiculously powerful, twice as many moves as other bosses, both sides can dish out projectile and close-quarter damage galore, and it never turns up near the start of Boss Battles.
