I don't mind admitting that I've been a [[Sonic]] fan for longer than I can remember, but I hate to say that I don't choose him on Brawl anywhere near as much as I'd like to. Probably because even though he's really fast, and if there's a race for an item he wins every time, he has no really strong finishing moves. Given that in the comics and in his own games he spends most of his time obliterating each and every one of Dr. Robotnik's robots in one hit, I'd have thought he would be pretty strong in Brawl, but no... Then he would be really cool '''and''' really good, and apparently that's not allowed in Smash. Except Marth. And King Dedede. And Meta Knight. And Donkey Kong. And Sheik (Melee only). But that's it. Seriously. None of the other characters are both really cool and really good.
