He wasn't manipulated or even a member. He attacked the Halberd the same time Tabuu did and seen the power of his off rings. After doing so he fled and devised a way to counter the rings in case all fighters were turned into trophies. I don't see how anyone can misread that. --Gannonbanned (talk) 12:55, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

He unintentionally helped the Army, and it's unclear why he attacked at the same time as Tabuu. He may have been tricked by them into attacking then in order to distract Meta Knight. Also, we don't have much proof that it isn't other than the "protecting its territory" argument. It seems to me to fall into much the same category as Petey Piranha and Porky Minch even if there's slightly less proof. Also, this page should be semi-protected. Crazy Hand

I think Crazy Hand should be placed under a new category called "Unclear Connection" or something like that. Granted, he never appears in the SSE, but remember that his trophy is listed under the SSE's section. And, of course, he's directly related to Master Hand, who is a major member. This isn't a strong enough connection for him to be listed as an out-and-out member, but I think he should at least be mentioned on the template. Thoughts?
