Chaos Control Glitch

Why would this be known as the "Chaos Control Glitch"? I don't see how it applies to the technique of the same name from the Sonic universe, and it has no connection at all to Jigglypuff. Spin glitch is a much better name. Zixor (talk)

Ramps
