Difficulty adjustment?

What does it mean by "Adjusted difficulty of approaching challengers"? Does it mean...easier to unlock everybody? 97.88.58.90 02:56, 14 December 2018 (EST)

Probably less the means of unlocking them being easier and more the battles themselves being easier, i.e. the CPUs being lower level in terms of AI. — Xamad (talk) 20:54, 16 December 2018 (EST)
