Stage?

Is this actually a playable stage, or is it just a place for an event match? I recall seeing event-only stages having different articles, but I don't recall. Can someone clear this up and edit the article to reflect the information? Event 28: A Flower Blooms in the Echoes is the event where you unlock this stage.
