The exact formula is unknown, as far as I know. - Can we avoid real-life weapons, it's not based off of anything, it's the RGB6 from MGS2.
Sigh..
It would be great to be able to use REX as Snake's Final Smash.. But it is big and has too many weapons..
I was thinking the same thing. This final smash is terrible
