There was no lawsuit to begin with, as I mentioned, but rather, they were forced to disband thanks to fear of a lawsuit from the host site. Same thing caused other teams to have to change sites too. Nintendo's never really hit anybody up with a cease and desist. 'sides, someone from ]EE[ actually told the people as Stack Smash the truth of the matter, which was, as stated before you edited the page, a forced break up by the host site for FEAR of a lawsuit. So yeah...revertin' the edit.
