Merge with Downloadable content

- Support. This should definitely be a redirect, but the pass is just a Smash 4 bundle with a Mii costume anyway.

'Support" I support it, but that page has a split proposal for the size on the page for Downloadable content. If the consensus is to merge, we will have to wait until after the split there. Since the page will be larger and can slow down mobile users and users that have older computers.
