::Well, yeah, I know that, but isn't the slang term "cheap" used in reference to techniques that generally glitch up gameplay, giving you an unfair advantage? Examples are some there: Ness's YYG Infinite Range, Soulbreaker, IC Freeze Glitch. Button Mashing... is just randomly pressing buttons. That's not going to do much. == Cheap Final Smashes... ==
Nearly all the "Cheap Final Smashes" are only "cheap" if the character you're using can't ''jump'', like Ike or Wolf or something.
As for Super Sonic, well, that's probably only strong point of Sonic other than his "Combing ability", otherwise he's rather pathetic. [[User:Cafinator|Cafinator]] ([[User talk:Cafinator|talk]]) 13:56, 25 August 2008 (UTC)

Um...what's the point of this article? And no johns... --Greenblob 13:11, March 18, 2007 (GMT)

I think that, surprisingly, "cheap" is worthy of an article. Discussion of what techniques are "cheap" (or, thanks to Sirlin, whether cheap even exists) have been prominent in the Smash community. This article can really be expanded, so I'm not going to delete it just yet. MaskedMarth (t c) 19:00, March 20, 2007 (GMT)

i think we can work out a list of cheap tactics, much like there are lists of fair stages and tiers. is what i've put on the page good? FyreNWater 03:15, August 19, 2007 (EDT)

What's cheap and what isn't is one's own thoughts. You can't write a deffinative list of "cheap" tactics and such.

Well, yeah, I know that, but isn't the slang term "cheap" used in reference to techniques that generally glitch up gameplay, giving you an unfair advantage? Cheap Final Smashes...

Nearly all the "Cheap Final Smashes" are only "cheap" if the character you're using can't jump, like Ike or Wolf or something.

As for Super Sonic, well, that's probably only strong point of Sonic other than his "Combing ability", otherwise he's rather pathetic. Cafinator (talk) 13:56, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
