1. The description of the judging criteria seems either outdated, or for Melee only. Most likely needs revision.<br />
2. Is it necessary to have a "Panelist" section? This is 1 of 2 state power ranking pages where a "Panelist" section exists. Also, the "Panelist" section doesn't specify that it is for Melee only.
