The Spaak is a common enemy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary. They are cloud shaped creatures that shoot lightening. They are originally harmless and appear as white clouds, but once attacked they turn into storm clouds and shoot out stronger lightening bolts.
