Rickety (born April 2, 1987) is an American smasher, currently living in San Diego, California. His main character since his debut into the tournament scene has been Marth in singles and Sheik in doubles. Rick is considered one of friendliest players in San Diego, always trying to help newcomers to the game to help them avoid what he experienced when he first began playing. Aside from his personal achievements, Rick loves teaming with Jon619, and was the founding member of Team Harmony.
Biography
Rick became close friends with CAOTIC, and eventually in the Summer of 2006, participated the SoCal Road Trip, a nine day trip from San Diego to Canada. Throughout the trip, they were housed by various smashers along the coast, including Hyugaricdeau, T0mmy and T!mmy, and the SKYPAL house.
Recently, at Super Champ Combo, Rickety surprised everyone when he defeated his smash hero, Azen, in his pool. Rickety, moved with emotion, began to tear up, and embraced him.

Trivia
- Rick is widely known for his excessive use of hearts and smileys when posting on Smashboards, as well as constantly referring to people/places/things as "too cute"
- Due to most of his posts and shout-outs being excessively long, many San Diego players started adopting the phrase, to "Pull a Rickety", whenever someone makes a long post.
- Rick is the "Loving" half of the Peace and Love Team.
- Due to his flowery nature, bubbly personality, love of the Beatles, and vegan lifestyle, Rickety is often referred to as everything from a "Hippie" to "that one metro gay guy". Rick takes it as a compliment.
