- Rango is known for wearing a Sylveon, his favorite Pokémon, plush toy on his back at tournaments.
- This became somewhat of a trend, as two of his Augusta tournament friends, jda7 and Roflfox, bring a plush Pikachu and Yoshi to tournaments.
- Rango is a huge fan of CM Punk, and he wears CM Punk shirts and hoodies to tournaments.
- Rango mains Ike in singles and Cloud in doubles. Cloud and Mario are his secondaries.
