Noel Tarpey "Ntarps" is a Captain Falcon main from Massachusetts. He was a notable Game and Watch during the brawl days, and has since transitioned his skill into Smash 4. Along with Falcon, he also plays Mario, Wario, and Meta Knight. He has taken sets from VaBengalz, DMG James, as well as some of New England's finest. He is currently ranked #5 on the New England Power Ranking.
