Legend is currently one of the strongest Jigglypuff mains in Canada, residing in Montreal, Quebec. He is known to have many innovative rest setups that many are unfamiliar of. Although not known to many, he has taken sets off of many notable Canadian smashers including Kage, Nightmare and Ryan Ford. He is currently fourth on Montreal's summer power ranking.
