9B (pronounced Kyuu-bi) is an Ice Climbers/Lucario main from Osaka, Japan. [1] He is considered to be the top Ice Climber main along with Kakera as well as the top Lucario main in Japan. Due to his infrequent tournament losses, many professionals consider 9B to be Japan's top Brawl player.
