Rest is the name given to Jigglypuff's Down B. This move has the ability to kill most characters in at 0%. It can be comboed into by many of Jigglypuff's moves, including up-throw, down-throw, and up-tilt. The hitbox also comes out in 1 frame, making it tied for the fastest move in the game with Falco's or Fox's shine.
