Pra & Mai was a package of coding found in Brawl, but was removed. It was likely to have been the Pokémon Plusle and Minun, possibly played as a pair like the Ice Climbers.

Hacked Materials Referencing to Pra & Mai
If they were or are in fact Plusle and Minun they would be likly to be similar to Pichu in Super Smash Bros. Melee but fighting as a pair like the Ice Climbers.
