| "'''Pra & Mai'''" is a package of coding found in the game files for ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]''. It is unknown exactly what it was intended to be, however a common belief is it was meant to be the Pokémon Plusle and Minun together as a planned playable duo similar to [[Ice Climbers]]. This belief comes from the first three letters of the Japanese versions of the names ('''Pra'''sle and '''Mai'''nan), respectively. Plusle and Minun also appear together as a trophy, furthering this belief. However, there is no evidence that it is the pair of characters as the package is unfinished. But a big problem that knocks the Plusle and Minun Theory down is that The Ice Climbers each had their own character data (one for Popo and one for Nana) so they couldn't have possibly been a tag team, at least not in the unfinished data...

| However it is possible that only one of the two character had a partial model made in the game and that the whole idea was scrapped before the model was completed causing the other pokemon to not be made. Also Pichu was the only veteran not returning to brawl without playable data (Young link was replaced by Toon link) and had no character replace him.
