Ness (SSB)/Down smash

Ness does a "Walk the Dog" with his yoyo, where he puts his yoyo down low, swings it behind him, and then quickly swings it in front of him, doing 19% damage and decent knockback to opponents that gets hit by the yoyo. Its not a reliable KOing move, depending on the opponent's falling speed, but it has an extremely long range, having the longest range horizontally wise. It has a fast start-up and can reach the front in a average amount of time. Good for gimping characters' recoveries.
