A small fix

Could an sysop replace

|style="background-color:#ddddee;border:2px outset #9999bb;text-align:center;padding:2px 5px"| [{{fullurl:Smasher:{{PAGENAMEE}}|action=edit&preload=Template:Newpage_smasher&editintro=Template:Newpage_smasher_instructions}} Smasher] |}
