Overview

Jigglypuff swipes with the arm farthest from the camera. Despite being fast with low endlag, it possesses the second worst grab range in the whole game, only being surpassed by R.O.B. for the worst in the game. Her pivot grab's lacking range makes it effectively useless, combined with her slow ground speed, and should Jigglypuff get a grab, she won't get much off of it, since non of her throws combo or kill effectively.
