'''Grenade Launcher''' is [[Snake]]'s [[Final Smash]]. When used, Snake jumps into the air, and appears off-stage on a helicopter ladder with a grenade launcher. Crosshairs appear on the screen as if it was in a third-person shooter. He then can aim and fire grenades which take about a half a second to reach the stage. The grenade launcher has a six-barrel drum, which must be reloaded after six shots. It has a rate of fire around one grenade per second and each grenade deals 18% damage to targets. The Grenade Launcher is Solid Snake's Final Smash. When his Final Smash activates, he leaps off the stage and grabs onto a rope ladder of a helicopter. The camera becomes an over-the-shoulder view and the player can aim with a crosshair to make Snake shoot grenades at his opponents. Snake has 12 grenades with 6 rounds for each clip. The Final Smash ends when Snake runs out of time or uses all of his grenades. Each grenade does approxiamately 18% damage.Note:this move can be easily avoided by frequently moving around the stage.
