Grenade Launcher is Snake's Final Smash. Snake jumps offscreen, and his perspective switches to that of a First-Person shooter. Move the crosshairs with the Control Stick and fire a grenade with the attack button. Snake can shoot up to 12 grenades, but must reload after the sixth grenade.
