Triple Dash is the name of Meta Knight's Forward B attack. Only seen in a screenshot, Meta Knight appears to leap sideways with his blade outstretched. As it has not been seen in action yet, there is still no information on what it does and how it works. It may be derived from Kirby's Running-B move when he has the Master (Meta Knight's sword) ability in Kirby and the Amazing Mirror.
