What about Port Town Aero Drive, or Summit? They don't have grabbable ledges. Ike's Best Buddy^{Merry! Christmas!!}

Reason

We should have a section on why this happens, like most other glitches. I'm not sure how it happens, but i think it's because the enemy grabs the ledge on one of the frames that the Cape hits, so both of them happen at once. 75.85.64.155 18:50, 29 January 2014 (EST)

Returning Glitch Rumor

I heard that this glitch has returned in Super Smash Bros 4. Even I heard that it was number four on the top 5 Super Smash Bros 4 glitches.
