Moar templates

What I'm thinking is that we should have two templates for each: minor buff/nerf and major buff/nerf. Major nerf templates could have 2 minus signs and be bolded (and similar for buffs), so it's easier to see if the character has been drastically been changed by just looking at the amount of changes. And also it's better for identifying how much a nerf affects a character's metagame.Qwerty da beast 15:08, 16 July 2014 (EDT)
