The Steel Diver is a long-range weapon confirmed to appear in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It is said to launch torpedoes that move slowly at first but speed up afterward.
Origin
Though the item in itself is an original creation, it is visually based on the player's medium sized submarine from the 3DS game Steel Diver.
