Mewtwo's Side-B is a command grab called Confusion. It will hit the enemy even if they are shielding, and does 10%. It causes the opponent to go into a tumble state while facing away from Mewtwo. Being in tumble state means that the opponent can still double jump and attack, and every member of the cast can punish Mewtwo with a Back-air if they react fast enough. For this reason, this move should be used sparingly, but can be spammed against opponents who do not know they can punish it. There are also rare situations where this move can not be punished, such as when you are hanging from the edge(you will pull them through the level and they will grab the edge or have to double jump), or if the enemy is slightly above a platform and you are falling below it(if they dont get pulled through, they will slam into the platform before they can back-air you)

This attack can also block projectiles. It appears as though the projectiles are reflected, but in fact only an image of the projectile is, but the hitbox is not. Any secondary effects of the projectile with remain, however(the bombs from Link, Y. Link and Peach, for instance)

The most useful purpose of the this move(aside from being unblockable) is the "Confusion Glitch", sometimes called the "Battlefield Glitch", in which you can pull opponents through the floor of the stage. The next .gifs show off the "no hit box" effect of the move, the "secondary effect" remaining, as well as the "through the ground" glitch.
