I heard of a project called Project Smash Attack somewhere on the Brawl+ page,saying that it will incorporate file replacement code allowing you to download Project Smash Attack characters. Neither. PSA modifies the movesets of pre-existing characters. For the best example I can think of, look up "Phoenix Mario" on youtube. They probably wouldn't get a page here, but I'm not sure.L33t Silvie ^{I see wat u did thar...}
