i was wondering why we call ROB he and pokemon it

I'm not entirely sure, but it might have to do with the fact that a Pokémon are gender indistinguishable, while "R.O.B." sounds like "Rob," a common male name?--Meta-Kirb (talk) 01:16, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

Pokemon have gender, which is easily distinguished by a male or female symbol. Pokemon in SSB, however, are for all intents and purposes androgynous. 05:06, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

Fixed your spelling. BTW, you can tell that Pikachu is male in all the games because he has no indent in his tail, and you can infer that the PT's pokemon and Lucario are all male, while Jigglypuff is a female. Blue Ninjakoopa 05:16, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
