Tether recovery

A Tether Recovery is a type of recovery which can be done with Link, Young Link, and Samus' grabs as well as Zero Suit Samus' Up B, Plasma Whip. It connects with a ledge from a distance (using the hookshot, grappling beam, or plasma whip, depending on the character), leaving the character hanging. They can then either pull themself up or drop down.
