Boss Battle mode is a mode in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This mode is similar to the All-Star Mode of Super Smash Bros. Melee, but the only difference is that you don't fight against the playable characters. Instead, as the name implies, you battle against the bosses of the game, such as Master Hand and Crazy Hand as well as the bosses in the Subspace Emissary, including Tabuu. You have one life as you do in All-Star mode, as well as three Heart Containers. Each boss has their own Stamina Bar as you would normally fight them in the Subspace Emissary, including both of the Hands. This mode must be unlocked, just as the All-Star Mode is meant to be. It is unlocked by completing the Subspace Emissary.
