Secondary character

A secondary character referes to a character in which a player uses often, but not as often as their main character.

Usually players stick with one or two main characters, but often experienced players have the ability to play multiple characters near their main character's level. These are most often used in specific counterpick situations when that character would have an advantage, or where the player's main would have a disadvantage, that would outweigh the loss of skill.
