Dharkon's gender

What pronouns are used to refer to Dharkon in official text? I know that some characters' official pronouns aren't always the same, such as Birdo, but is Dharkon ever officially referred to with male pronouns like it is on this page? If not, then this page should use inanimate object pronouns to refer to Dharkon. (Too bad there aren't any gender-universal singular-only animate pronouns.) -ThighFish
