Celebi

Celebi as it appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Celebi first appeared in the games Pokémon Gold and Silver. It made its SSB debut in Super Smash Bros. Melee as a rare Pokéball pokémon that awarded the "Celebi Catcher" bonus, worth 8000 points, and the Celebi Trophy. When released from a Pokéball, Celebi would appear on screen for a few seconds, then fly off. It was confirmed on December 4th, 2007, that Celebi would appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Celebi will do the exact same thing that it did in SSBM, however, when it appears, it may drop rare items, such as CDs, before flying off.
