Awhile ago, you helped me edit this template to make it look better + add a few things (which, I haven't even bothered adding these parameters to any articles anyway). Regardless, my main concern is in the tournament legality section. While it looks much better than it did before, the header for it appears even when it isn't applicable. An example would be on [[TEST]]. I am very novice at wikicode, so I was hoping you could do something about it if it's not too much to ask.
