:While it's certainly likely to be a coincidence, it's not "obviously" one. Like it or not, real leaks do happen, and while it's certainly less credible than other similar 4chan "leaks" due to having less information, I think that the stir it caused within the community makes up for its sketchy origins in terms of notability as a rumour... but most certainly not as a "leak."
