:::Doing some research, it seems likely that this particular IP has been at this since 2015 (''four years?!'') and hasn't been caught primarily because their address keeps shifting around. The earliest edit I can currently find that matches the symptoms is from October of 2015 ([https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Super_Smash_Bros._Melee&oldid=739323 here]) compared to a more recent edit of the exact same mannerisms in August of this year ([https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Super_Smash_Bros._Melee&diff=prev&oldid=1284776 here], by an IP that's already reported on this page).
