:I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. Yes, we're aware that Pokémon are given a "species" name. But the "species" box in the template is for the character's "actual" species (e.g. human, Gerudo, fox, Yoshi, etc). So while there is a term in the Pokémon universe called "species", we've sort of unofficially decided that it's a misnomer and isn't what we want to put in the infobox.
