Thanks, DP, I didn't realise it had different effects, I've now confirmed that it can slow down enemies, yourself, or everybody. And it's not an item you hold, you activate it in the same way that you pick up normal items, but you're not holding anything as far as I can see.--[[User:Holizz|Holizz]] 13:29, February 22, 2008 (EST)
