Months after ''Brawl's'' release, Utah has had multiple lists based solely on a mathematical formula that lengeta suggested. But none of these lists were really made known, since they were posted in the midst of the posts of the old Power Rankings thread but never got posted in the first post of the thread. On October 6, 2008, Perfect Chaos took over management of Utah's Power Rankings. The opening list was a working list made through Perfect Chaos's sole judgment, but everyone (that spoke up) in the community agreed that it was a good list before it was officially made public. All lists after which is, and will be, decided on by a full panel.
