Yoshi turns behind then spits the opponent. This throw has exactly the same properties as forward throw, including damage, angle and knockback, thus giving it basically the same utility as forward throw, lacking damage output or KO potential and no possible followups, only being good for spacing or setting up an edgeguard. The only difference is that back throw is slower than forward throw (although it does have slightly less ending lag), and it naturally sends opponents behind Yoshi.
