Tingle is a character that appears in Great Bay. Tingle appears in the Legend of Zelda universe. Tingle is a short character that looks like a fairy.
Tingle is tied onto a balloon string and is floating over the stage. The balloon of Tingle's can be used as a platform. If the balloon breaks, Tingle will be struggling in the air then fall to the ground. If a character touches Tingle while he is struggling in the air, that character will take little damage. Tingle will blow his balloon up after being on the ground for a few seconds.
Tingle can be used like an item with an Action Replay. Tingle can only appear on the Test stage though if an Action Replay is used.
