Overview
Pikachu stands on its hands and kicks forward with its feet, doing 10% damage and low knockback. While it can sometimes be used to gimp or be followed by Pikachu's other moves, it is one of Pikachu's short ranged moves, with its range being shorter or equal with its neutral attack.
