I heard of a project called Project Smash Attack somewhere on the [[Brawl+]] page,saying that it will incorporate file replacement code allowing you to download Project Smash Attack characters. :Neither. PSA modifies the movesets of pre-existing characters. For the best example I can think of, look up "Phoenix Mario" on youtube. I heard of a project called Project Smash Attack somewhere on the Brawl+ page,saying that it will incorporate file replacement code allowing you to download Project Smash Attack characters.
